In certain secondary battery manufacturer's plant, more than 9 tons of raw materials were leaked every month from their dust collectors. The loss is approximately USD250,000 per month, which result in air pollution problem. One main cause of the material loss is the breakage of bag filter due to the long time usage. Dust Monitor  installed at the dust collector continuously monitors the dust leak with a high sensitivity of 0.1 mg/m3. When it measures higher dust concentration, it outputs the alarm contact as the signal to replace the filter before serious leakage. As a result, it prevents the material loss.
