Liquid level measurement without misdetection from foam level

 

In foaming application where the bubbles are generated on the liquid surface, non-contact level sensor gets the reflection from the bubbles, and measures the foaming level, not liquid level.

In this case, Matsushima Radar Transmitter is installed on the guide pipe and monitor the level inside the pipe, which does not contain foaming inside.

Features:

1. Matsushima Radar Transmitter can apply to monitor the level inside the short pipe without the noise interference from the pipe sidewall.

2. The guide pipe prevents the bubbles from entering inside. Only liquid enters through the air holes.

 

Benefits:

Even though there is thick foaming on the liquid, Matsushima Radar Transmitter stably monitor the liquid level, not foaming level.
